Top Flash Silver TM INDI NAILS Reflective Finishing Gel is a no-wipe top coat. The composition contains a large amount of reflective shimmer (glitter), which glows beautifully under halogen light. You can apply it both on gel polish and camouflage base, giving any shade a reflective finish. The material has a medium viscosity, is durable, does not chip, and is scratch-resistant.
