Disc Technique and Pedicure Philosophy

Intensive Course • 1 Day

Who is this course for?

• for professionals with at least 6 months of experience in manicure or pedicure
• for nail technicians who want to expand their service offering and generate additional income
• for professionals who have not had further training for a long time and want to learn the disc technique to enhance their qualifications

Training Schedule:

• Offline instruction in a mini-group of 2–4 people — intensive training with maximum practical focus
• Work on a model
• the instructor demonstrates the technique step by step
• individual error analysis for each participant
• support from the instructor at every stage

Schedule

1 day — From 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a lunch break.

Course Program

Theoretical Part

• Structure of the skin and nail plate
• Advantages of the disc technique and differences from classic methods
• Procedure algorithm for pedicure with disc
• Overview of possible diseases and contraindications
• Correct hand position and working angle of the disc

Practical Part

• Analysis and step-by-step treatment of the foot with the disc technique to achieve "Baby Feet" effect
• Work with every foot type: hyperhidrosis, hyperkeratosis, sensitive, mature, and diabetic feet
• Working with wet and dry techniques
• Apparatus-based processing and preparation of toenails for coating
• Thin and safe coating with nail polish, gel polish, or foils

• Foot treatment with discs
