Size 100x200 made of European quality white Kraft paper and a transparent film, on which a class 4 indicator (180°C/60 min) is already applied, exclusively for the dry heat sterilization method.

The transparent side of the pouch allows for immediate viewing of the contents, which saves a lot of time in use.

The pouches are equipped with adhesive tape, allowing them to be used without additional instruments.

If the sterilizer has worked correctly, the external indicator changes its color to the one specified in the reference, e.g., from beige to purple. If the indicator shows a negative control result, all instruments processed in this cycle are considered unsterile.

The sterilization Kraft packages contain the following information:

1. Product name
2. Size
3. Manufacturer's name (trademark)
4. Permissible sterilization method
5. Warning signs before use in case of packaging damage
6. Explanatory illustration of how to open the packaging with scissors
7. Anticipated color change of the indicator after sterilization.
   

A special feature of Kraft pouches is that they allow air molecules to pass through, but at the same time filter out bacteria and other microorganisms. After sterilization, the microorganisms inside the pouch are killed by the action of high temperatures, so that after the treatment is completed, no new microorganisms can enter from the outside, and the sterility of the instruments remains ensured.

Kraft sterilization pouches are used for air sterilization of instruments (sterilization temperature 160-180°C).

The sterilization process consists of three steps: manual or automatic cleaning of instruments, disinfection of instruments in special solutions, and then sterilization of dry instruments in a dry heat chamber. Paper bags are used for the third step.

Immediately before placing the instruments in the dry oven, they are placed in a pouch (close the pouch). After the procedure, this set of instruments can be stored immediately before use. The pouch is opened in the presence of the client.
